How we manufacture

01

Injection moulding

Plastic is shaped in the mould to produce components such as jars, caps and technical parts. Our eight injection moulding machines cover a clamping force range of 120–380 tonnes.

02

Blow moulding

Two injection blow moulding machines and two extrusion blow moulding machines support our bottle production. The process and material are specified on each product page.

03

IML & pad printing

Three IML robots and four pad printing machines support product decoration. We can discuss the printing surface, artwork and production requirements for your project.
